Learning Facilitation

If you have something that you would like to share or teach to others, then we can help you take that idea and turn it into a concrete learning format, which you can then actually realize within our space. You will learn how to find the right format and also how to structure, plan, and realize events. All that is required from you as a volunteer is a rough idea of what you would like to share and the motivation to learn everything that is necessary to carry out events. There are also multiple events every week at Die Lernwerkstatt and you can participate in them if you wish. They are good opportunities to learn something and to meet our learning facilitators, and to see them in action. You will gain a deep understanding of what it takes to sustain an active learning center, and will assume a role as a learning facilitator.
